The American Culinary Federation Pikes Peak Chapter is proud to celebrate one of our own as Chef O. Siegfried "Sigi" Krauss, CEC, AAC is formally presented with his American Academy of Chefs Hall of Fame Award.

Although Chef Sigi was unable to attend the national induction ceremony in Grand Rapids, we are honored to recognize his extraordinary lifetime of leadership, mentorship, education, and service to the culinary profession here at home.
