RMCC Culinary Education Center where Chef Ruby Geiger and her team train cooks to become chefs!  Rocky Mountain Chefs of Colorado, under the leadership of Chef Greg Sever CEC, offer an apprenticeship program with an extensive network of Apprentice Chef Sponsor's who train these candidates in busy restaurant & hotel kitchens.  Many of these candidates complete their apprenticeship and eventually take on leadership chef roles in kitchens, in and around the Denver area.

Mosaic Community Campus is the previous location for Johnson & Wales Culinary Campus of Denver.  Portions of the campus now serve as Commissary's for food trucks, caterers and other food production companies.

Take this opportunity to network with some of the Chefs of Denver and hear from some apprentice's about their culinary journey in Denver's very progressive culinary scene.
