Directions
Chef Tia Allen will be sharing her experience in her role as Executive Sous Chef of Restaurants. The Broadmoor's apprenticeship team will provide a slideshow and speak on what they do at the Broadmoor Hotel as well. Chef Allen will provide a tour of the newly renovated Penrose Room Kitchen, provide samples of sushi and we will be given a demo of their new "Sushi Making Wizard Machine".
Members and attendees are asked to park in the Broadmoor parking garage, take a ticket and bring it to the meeting in the Penrose Room to be validated.
- If you are approaching the Broadmoor Hotel on Lake Avenue, Turn RIGHT at the traffic circle (north)
- pass the Summit Restaurant on the right hand side and the entrance to the parking garage will be on the right.
The Penrose Room is located in the "Broadmoor South" tower 
on the map. Take the elevator to the top floor.
